Dear Roadrunner Members:
The Utica Roadrunners annual business meeting and election for the Board of Directors will be held Monday, November 10th at the F. X. Matt Brewery’s Saranac 1888 Tavern on Court Street in Utica. The meeting starts at 6:30 pm with the Brewery’s best liquid refreshments and some finger food for your enjoyment. This is the meeting where we will elect six members to the club’s Board of Directors for two year terms.
There are 8 members who have put their names forward as candidates for the Board. Their bios are included with a ballot. Please note there is space for write-ins. You can vote for any combination of six of the nominees and/or your write-in names. Ballots with more than six names will be void. You can bring this ballot to the meeting to cast it, or mail it to the club at: Utica Roadrunners, P. O. Box 4141, Utica, NY 13504. Please put your return address on the envelopes just so we know there are not multiple ballots per member. Any mailed ballot that is not in the post office box by early afternoon November 10th will not be counted, so mail early.
